User Experience Designer

About the Job

We are looking for a design leader with 8+ years of strong product design, user experience design, interaction design, visual design and design management experience to lead Wibmo’s design team. The design leader will own banks, issuers, acquirers and fintech experience for all Wibmo products including prepaid platform, fraud risk management, ACS, multifactor authentication, payment gateway and more.

Responsibilities

You’ll define best practices, frameworks, principles, influence ways of operating, coach and provide Expertise to the design team so that it :

Obsesses over the need to understands customer needs and business objectives

 Becomes the customer’s advocate in the org - stay close to customers and partners

 Drives product and market research, competitive analysis, planning positioning and roadmap development

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong people management and leadership experience to build, develop and inspire a creative team

 8+ years of strong hands-on product design, user experience design, interaction design, visual design experience
